SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Anam Fashion Private Limited (“AFPL”) makes all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that
Products are delivered to the Users in a timely manner. The terms contained in this Shipping and Delivery
Policy are a part of the Terms of Use and shall be accepted without modification, you agree to be bound by the
terms contained herein. Capitalised terms unless otherwise defined herein shall bear the same meaning as
ascribed under the Terms of Use.
1. Shipping: All products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Bengaluru, India and shipped within 48
hours of placing the order at the shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser. We provide
worldwide delivery of your orders. You need to select the correct shipping location from the option ‘WE SHIP
WORLDWIDE” provided at the footer of our website. We have partnered with leading Indian & International
shipping providers to handle your order in the best possible way for safe & fast delivery. Details of delivery
partners will be provided to the users upon the purchased product being handed over to the delivery partner by
AFPL. Shipping and Delivery timings may vary depending upon the working hours of the concerned country
and the policies of our courier partners.
In case you book multiple products in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together.
However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process to only one shipping address per order,
therefore, in case, any customer places an order of several items to be shipped to different address(es), each
address shall be treated as a separate order.
In case the delivery is restricted by our courier partner in certain and you wish to place order for delivery in such
countries we request you to please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be glad to help you
with the request, if feasible.
2. Shipping Address: Users are required to provide a complete street address along with their pin code details at
the time of placing the purchase order. We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any
responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the User.
3. Shipping Charges. We provide free shipping within India. For International delivery, any customs duties or
taxes that are assessed by the relevant authority will be borne by AFPL on our Users' behalf. We strive to
provide You with a comfortable and speedy delivery of products. The product prices include custom/ import
duties or taxes and the same may vary depending upon the delivery country. To grant a seamless delivery to our
customers and enrich their shopping experience with AFPL, we have instructed our delivery partners to clear the
goods/ products from the Customs authority of their respective countries, by paying the applicable duties/taxes,
on behalf of our customers and to be borne by us.
Please note You will have to select/change your shipping location through the option provided on the footer of
the website ‘WE SHIP WORLDWIDE’ and select the correct location of delivery. Changing your shipping
location during checkout may not work and may lead to the loss of items in your shopping bag.
4. Order Delivery and Dispatch Policy: Our orders are processed on weekdays i.e. from Monday to Saturday,
excluding national or declared holidays. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days
depending on the pin code for delivery within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India.
Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however, please be rest
assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to deliver your
orders at the earliest.
Upon order confirmation, we provide the User with a tracking number for the order via Email and
SMS/Whatsapp. Your orders can be conveniently tracked on our website under “Track Order”. Get in touch

We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is
unavailable or would take longer to deliver then, we will make proactive attempts to communicate the User
about the delay, within 2 working days, on his/her registered mobile number or email address.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us.
Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile

number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. A standard estimated date of delivery may be provided
to the Users in the order confirmation email.
6. Change to Orders: Orders once placed by You cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed. If you want to revise
your order, you must cancel it and place the order again. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. An
order can be cancelled before it is prepared for dispatch. For related concerns and queries, you may reach us at
