RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns within 10
days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Once the product has been delivered by us, all
EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to the Terms of Use, as well as the
below Return, Exchange and Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning the
size, fit, or any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate a Refund as mentioned here in this policy.
Capitalised terms unless otherwise defined here shall bear the same meaning as ascribed under the Terms of
Use.
Currently, the Return and Refund are applicable only for products delivered in India.
1. Return and Exchange Process
AFPL offers its customers an easy Return Policy as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed and
returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags and invoices intact. You can raise a
Return request for products purchased on the Platform within 10 days of the delivery of the product(s).
We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in Your
order. However, the partial return shall not mean breaking off a set garment. Currently, the Return is
valid only in India.
We do not have an exchange process. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the
order and place a new one.
2. Terms and Conditions of Return
o The returned product should be unused, unwashed and returned in saleable condition with all
its original packaging, and tags intact as it will be checked at our end.
o The produce
o No returns would be entertained if the Products returned are in a used or damaged condition.
3. Easy Return - Online
Currently, the return is only valid for India. You may submit a request for a return by login in to Your
user account on the Website or through ‘Track Order’ tab on the Website.
We will initiate a return pick-up once your request is received. The product should be properly
wrapped in its original packing and should comply with Clause 2 above.
If you choose to schedule a pick-up -
o Properly wrap the product in its original packet
o Do not seal the packet
o Keep the packet ready and open to quicken the pickup process
Our staff will initially scan the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be
conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.
4. Cancellation & Refund
We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable
due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase.
Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with the same or higher-priced
product or cancelling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly for the
paid products.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by going into the Track Order
section of the Website and placing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or
before product dispatch, whichever is earlier) and your entire order amount will be refunded to the
source of the payment.

Refunds only on Verification:
Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it to ensure that the returned
product complies with the Terms and Conditions of Return (Clause 2) above.
No Refunds: E-Gift Cards equivalent to the order value will be issued in the below scenarios in lieu of
the refunds:
o Incorrect delivery address/Pin Code
o Incorrect address including any form of a PO Box address
o After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
o Package refused by the recipient
E-Gift Cards will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for
purchases on the Website..
Claiming Refunds:
o For Online Payments - Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the
same. Refund will be credited in the same account which was used for making order
payment*
o For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions - Refunds will be given in the form of E-Gift Cards
or Account transfers (account details to be shared by the User via email at
support@theethnic.co). COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
o Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points or if any other mode of payment - Refunds will be offered as a
credit to your existing account.
*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies
such as banks and payment gateways.
5. Product Disclaimer
Embroidery and Colour
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our
products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any colour
bleeding therein.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are
designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our
sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to
the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Colour Display
We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on the Platform as accurate as
possible. However, the colour of the physical products may vary from the ones displayed on the
Platform which could be due to the settings of your monitor or colour of your visual display or
resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and
follow the same to avoid any damage to it.
6. Transactional Disputes
Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising,
directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the
Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring
bank.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and
conditions at its sole discretion.
